Katrina is listening to Michael Head & The Strands - Fontilan
I’ll be in Orkney when this is posted, but hopefully I’ll be playing this while looking out across the sea. I’ve been going back to sounds I used to love, and The Magical World Of The Strands is one of them, and one of the best albums from the past few decades. Plenty of bands have tried to match this sound, but none of them can touch it. Just like I used to, I listen to it over and over and … oh, y’know, I just play it. A lot.
